Activity and Event Committees

The PTA sponsors many activities and events, and appoints committees to manage them.  These committees are defined as those which perform a single task or a "one-time" event.  These committees are represented by their chairperson at the monthly Executive Board meetings to keep the Executive Board apprised of their committees' activities.  Unlike Standing Committees, these committees do not have voting privileges at Executive Board meetings.
